Whiskey Cake Restaurant and Bar Coming to Tampa

Texas-based Whiskey Cake Restaurant and Bar plans to open a restaurant in Tampa, Florida at Tampa International Plaza and Bay Street shopping mall. When completed the address will be 2223 N Westshore Blvd #207.

The owner of this future Whiskey Cake Restaurant and Bar location is Whiskey Cake International Plaza LLC, managed by Daniel Lawler and Steve Shlemon of Dallas, Texas. The main contractor for the project is TWT Restaurant Design, Construction & Development Company based in Tampa.

Serving craft cocktails and farm fresh American dishes, Whiskey Cake Restaurant and Bar currently has four locations in Texas (Irving, San Antonio, Katy, Plano, Friendswood/Webster) and one in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

International Plaza and Bay Street is anchored by Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Dillard's. Some of the restaurants in operation at International Plaza are Earl of Sandwich, Cheesecake Factory, Doc B's Fresh Kitchen, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Starbucks, Charleys Philly Steaks, Bar Louie, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Capital Grille, and California Pizza Kitchen.
