A Wendy's restaurant is under construction for the new Bannon Lakes community on International Golf Pkwy in St. Augustine, Florida. Bannon Lakes is located 1/2 mile from I-95, adjacent to the Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation and Wildlife Management Area.
This Wendy's restaurant will be 2,389 square-feet with 60 seats (40 indoor, 20 patio). A total of 17 acres of the Bannon Lakes community's 580 acres has been set aside for commercial/office use.

The Bannon Lakes community offers a 6-acre island amenity center, with a 4,000 square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, playground, 5,000 square foot pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, walking trail, and a dog park.
