Waffle House Coming Soon to North Port, Florida

Waffle House will be opening their first restaurant in the city of North Port. The official address will be 1385 Grand Venture Blvd, which is near the intersection of Price Blvd. and Sumter Blvd. This intersection has become somewhat of a hub for major retailers in recent years, with the additions of Walmart, Walgreens and Publix.

Property records show that Waffle House, Inc purchased the property for the construction project from 2018 Price North Port, LLC. in April. Circle K is located next to the future Waffle House.

Founded in 1955 by Joe Rogers Sr. and Tom Forkner in Avondale Estates, Georgia, Waffle House now has over 2,100 locations in the U.S. The chain is headquartered in Norcross, Georgia at 5986 Financial Dr NW.
