Taco Bell Planned for Minneola, Florida

Posted: Mar 23, 2019 by Steve
Taco Bell is planning to open a restaurant in Minneola, Florida along US-27. The address for the planned 2,212-square-foot Taco Bell is 404 US-27, which is very close to Donut King.
Brown Investment Properties, LLC is the owner of the vacant property. Verdad Real Estate, Inc is the real estate development company working on behalf of Taco Bell.

Minneola, Florida is located a few miles west of Orlando.

As recently reported on this blog, Popeyes is also planning to open a location in Minneola. Click this link for the complete article: http://www.winnersincomestrategies.com/popeyes-planned-for-minneola-florida.html.

Restaurateur Glen Bell founded Taco Bell in 1962 in Downey, California. Taco Bell's parent company is Yum! Brands, who also owns KFC and Pizza Hut. Taco Bell is famous for their Tex-Mex fast-food items that are served at over 7,000 restaurants worldwide.

Taco Bell Marketing Strategies

The Taco Bell marketing team at Yum! Brands is promoting a new Taco Bell menu item called Steak Rattlesnake Fries. You can check out this visual sales pitch here:
In this example, the marketing team has basically let the item sell itself. No actor is shown consuming the product in a state of bliss, as seen so often in food marketing. Instead we have a close-up look of the item as the baritone voice narrator announces Steak Rattlesnake Fries to the consumer. I like this approach.
