Starbucks Construction Plans Begin at New Southside Shoppes Development in Orlando

Construction of a Starbucks is set to begin at the new Southside Shoppes development located on South Orange Ave & Pineloch Ave in Orlando. Southside Shoppes has been under construction for several months, now construction of a Starbucks at Southside Shoppes is on the way. Elfrink Custom Construction headquartered in Oviedo, Florida is in charge of building the new Starbucks. Elfrink has built hundreds of other Starbucks and many other restaurants and retail stores.

The address for Southside Shoppes is 3107 S Orange Ave.

Set on 7.98 acres, Southside Shoppes was built by HGR Construction, Inc. based in Altamonte Springs.
