Popeyes Planned For Minneola, Florida

Dallas, Texas-based restaurateur Guillermo Perales plans to bring Popeyes Louisiana Chicken to Minneola, Florida. The location will be on US-27 next to Dunkin' Donuts. This section of US-27 at Southern Breeze Drive is also home to McDonald's, Walgreens, Advance Auto Parts, Kangaroo Express, Dollar Tree, and CVS Pharmacy.

Minneola, Florida is located approximately 15 miles west of Orlando.

Guillermo Perales purchased the property for the Popeyes in early January from J & K Management & Development Inc for 505,000.

Over the last few of years, Guillermo Perales has had dozens of Popeyes restaurants constructed in the state of Florida. He is a large-scale restaurant franchisee owner of many quick service chains that include Popeyes, Burger King, Arby's, Golden Corral, Cicis, and Krispy Kreme.
