New Popeyes Restaurant Under Construction in Seffner, Florida

Construction of a new Popeyes Louisiana Chicken restaurant in Seffner, Florida is underway. CCS Construction based in OIrlando is the main contractor for the project at 1118 W Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. The new restaurant will be directly across from Seffner Plaza.

Property records show that Popeyes purchased the property in July 2015 for $355,000. A home on the property was demolished in 2017 to clear the way for the new restaurant.
