New Chili's and Burger King Restaurants Under Construction in Pensacola, Florida

Chili's Grill & Bar and Burger King have new locations coming to Pensacola, Florida. These two top-tier restaurant chains will now be able to serve even more customers in the city when each of their respective construction projects have been completed. The project for the new Chili's Grill & Bar is located at Gordova Mall. The exact address is 5170 N 9th Ave. Village Inn restaurant once used this location but the building was demolished to make way for the new Chili's. Frontier Building Corporation is in charge of the Chili's project.

The Burger King will be located at 2 South New Warrington Road. Hudson Construction Company is in charge of the project. Some eateries very close to this location include Waffle House, Wendy's, Sonic Drive-In, McDonald's, Firehouse Subs, and Ruby-Gin Filipino Restaurant.

Chili's offers Tex-Mex cuisine in a casual setting. Founded in 1975 in Dallas, Texas by Larry Lavine, Chili's now has over 1,600 locations around the world. Chili's has been owned and operated by Brinker International since 1983.

Burger King was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953 by David Edgerton and James McLamore. The headquarters moved to Miami, Florida in 1954, where it remains today.
