Moe's Southwest Grill Plans to Join New Shopping Center in Riverview, FL - Texas Roadhouse Coming Soon
Posted: Sep 26, 2018 by SteveMoe's Southwest Grill is planning to open a restaurant at a new shopping center under construction on US-301 in Riverview, Florida. The location of the new shopping center is US-301 and Summerfield Crossing Blvd. The franchise company that owns this Moe's restuarant is Raving Fans Restaurant Group LLC, based in Riverview. Texas Roadhouse Steakhouse says it will be opening a new restaurant at the new shopping center in October. It is yet unknown when Moe's is scheduled to open but it probably won't be for at least a few months.
Other likely tenants are Sprouts Farmers Market, art supply store Michaels, and Advanced Dental Care.

A real estate development company based in Dallas, Texas named LG Capital purchased the vacant acreage for the shopping center in June 2017 through a company they formed named LG 301 & Summerfield, LLC. for $5.9 million.
Moe's Southwest Grill was founded by Martin Sprock in 2000 in Atlanta, Georgia. There are roughly 700 Moe's restaurants. Moe's specializes in Mexican & Tex Mex food. Texas Roadhouse was founded by W. Kent Taylor in 1993 in Clarksville, Indiana. There are over 550 Texas Roadhouse restaurants. Texas Roadhouse serves up steak, ribs, chicken, and seafood.
