Jersey Mike's Plans May Opening For Coral Springs

Jersey Mike's Subs is scheduled to open a new location on May 15 in Coral Springs, Florida. (link: https://www.jerseymikes.com/13167/coral-springs-fl). The official address will be 1750 N. University Drive Suite 114.

Jersey Mike's will be joining a myriad of eateries on N. University Drive, such as Chipotle, Benihana, Sweet Tomatoes, Chili's Grill & Bar, Big Bear Brewing Co, Sakura Sushi Japanese Restaurant, and Olive Garden.

Here in Florida, new JMS locations for 2019 are also expected to open in Miami, Pensacola, Trinity, and Lynn Haven.

Jersey Mike's Subs has been expanding rapidly in the fast-casual sub business over the last several years, with well over 1,000 locations in the US.

Jersey Mike's Subs CEO is Peter Cancro. Peter Cancro purchased Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant in 1975 at the age of 17 after securing a $125,000 loan.
