Culver's is famous for their specialty ButterBurgers that come in the following varieties: The Deluxe, The Bacon Deluxe, ButterBurger Cheese, Mushroom & Swiss ButterBurger, Wisconsin Swiss Melt, Cheddar ButterBurger, Cheddar ButterBurger with Bacon, Sourdough Melt, and last but not least The Original ButterBurger. For dessert Culver's has a wide variety of treats such as frozen custard cones, shakes, malts, floats, sundaes, and mixers.
Culver's was founded in 1984 in Sauk City, Wisconsin by Craig & Lea Culver and George & Ruth Culver. There are nearly 700 locations in the U.S.
