Twistee Treat Construction Project Set to Begin in Wesley Chapel, Florida

Wesley Chapel, Florida is much closer to getting a Twistee Treat. A construction project is ready to commence that will bring the iconic ice cream restaurant to town. Superior Structures Inc based in Tampa is in charge of the project at The Shoppes at New Tampa, which is located north of downtown Wesley Chapel at the intersection of I-75 and Wesley Chapel Blvd. The exact address for the future Twistee Treat is 5258 Village Market.

When completed, this will be the second Twistee Treat in the Wesley Chapel area. A current Twistee Treat restaurant is serving customers south of Wesley Chapel at 8810 New Tampa Blvd.

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Twistee Treat locations have been springing up around the state recently. Clermont's Twistee Treat is nearing completion and Homosassa is planning to have their own Twistee Treat in a few months. Outside of Florida there are five locations in the Houston, Texas area.

Twistee Treat has over twenty premium flavors of ice cream to choose from. Some of these premium flavors are coconut, pina colada, german chocolate, amaretto, black raspberry, cheesecake, pistachio, mocha, coffee, rum raisin blue, cotton candy, and green apple.

Twistee Treat was founded in North Fort Myers, Florida in 1983.
