The Shops at Pembroke Gardens is located at 527 SW 145th Terrace.

The Cheese Course was founded in 2011 in Weston, Florida by Enrique Altamirano, who is also the current CEO. The Cheese Course restaurants are located in Coral Springs, Pinecrest, Doral, Plantation, Aventura, and Weston.

With its bistro menu, The Cheese Course should be a nice addition to the growing list of eateries at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens. Some of the restaurants that The Cheese Course will be joining are: Brimstone Woodfire Grill, 7 Pecados International Cuisine, BRIO Tuscan Grille, Buddha Bowl, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, The Cheesecake Factory, Fuddruckers, and Village Tavern.
