Subway is Coming to Maitland, Florida at the New Maitland City Centre

A Subway restaurant will be opening soon in Maitland, Florida at the new Maitland City Centre on Independence Lane, just off of N. Orlando Ave. The official address for Subway #562 is 120 Independence Lane unit B. 407 Cafe will occupy the space next to Subway at unit A. Additional eateries will be Midici’s Pizza, Burgerim, and Starbucks.

The Subway franchisee at this location are Curtis and Nicholas DiPasqua of PCMD Management Inc who operate several Subway restaurants in Central Florida.

The Maitland City Centre website states they offer residences, live+work, shops and offices.
