Starbucks Coffee Coming to 6080 Collins Avenue Beach House
Posted: September 15, 2018 by SteveA Starbucks is planned to open soon at Beach House Condos located at 6080 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Flavio Rossato, the developer who who played a main role in the construction of Beach House Condos plans to open a Starbucks at the same location. Mr. Rossato recently registered 6080 Collins Star, LLC with the Florida Division of Corporations, which will serve as the entity that will be doing business as Starbucks.

Starbucks' approach to business growth is allowing individuals to opereate licensed stores instead of participating in franchise ownership.
