Orginal article: A new Pizza Hut is under construction in Lakeland, Florida on Ariana Street across from Harveys Supermarket. Osage Contractors, a nationwide commercial enterprise builder based in Missouri, is the main contractor on the project. The official address will be 1362 Ariana Street.
The nearby Pizza Hut at 1919 George Jenkins Blvd had received some poor reviews for slow delivery on Yelp, so with the new Pizza Hut opening in the same area this could improve overall service.

The new Pizza Hut will be part of a strip mall that is home to Rent-A-Center, Lakeland Veteran Center, and Amscot The Money Superstore.

Founded by Dan and Frank Carney in Wichita, Kansas in 1958, Pizza Hut is the nation's largest pizza restaurant chain with over 13,700 locations worldwide.
