Pizza Hut could be coming to Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The Pizza Hut franchise owner Koning Restaurants International L.C. wants to bring a Pizza Hut to Lakes Plaza on State Road 7, also known as US-441.
Some tenants at Lakes Plaza are Metro PCS, Rent-A-Center, Annes Paradise Takeout & Catering Restaurant, and MoneyGram. The portion of State Road 7 would likely be a successful location for the world's largest pizza chain, as many other restaurant chains have established a presence there, such as Hook Fish and Chicken, Burger King, Papa John's Pizza, Taco Bell, and The Dutch Pot Jamaican Restaurant.

Koning Restaurants International L.C. owns several Pizza Hut locations in South Florida.

Lauderdale Lakes is located a few miles NW of Fort Lauderdale.

Founded by Dan and Frank Carney in Wichita, Kansas in 1958, Pizza Hut is the nation's largest pizza restaurant chain with over 13,700 locations worldwide.
