Papa John's Pizza Coming Soon to Naranja, Florida

A construction project is underway to bring Papa John's Pizza to the new Coral Town Plaza in the hamlet of Naranja, Florida. Naranja is located close to the city of Homestead. The address for Papa John's will be 14324 SW 264th Street.

Coral Town Plaza was built by Miami-based Courtelis Construction Company Inc, and is located on 264th Street and US-1. The new plaza is centered around a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

The franchise owner of the Papa John's in Naranja is restaurateur Ricardo Warman. Mr. Warman owns numerous Papa John's franchises in Miami and surrounding communities, and is the franchise owner of a First Watch restaurant in North Miami Beach.

Papa John's Pizza was founded in 1984 by John Schnatter in Jeffersonville, Indiana. There are over 5,000 Papa John's locations worldwide. The corporate headquarters is currently located in Jeffersontown, Kentucky.
