Construction is expected to begin soon on a new Dunkin' Donuts in Kissimmee (more precisely Poinciana) on S Orange Blossom Trail directly across from the Pepsico - Gatorade Beverage Plant. The vacant land being used for this Dunkin' Donuts location is owned by Sobt & Poinciana, LLC out of Orlando. When completed, the official address will be 5125 South Orange Blossom Trail, and the 8th DD restaurant in Kissimmee.

Some of the other commerical enterprises in the immediate neighborhood are Home Depot, Wawa Convenience Store, 7-Eleven, Circle K, and Family Dollar.
