New Chili's Under Construction in Miami, Florida

A new Chili's Grill & Bar is coming to Miami, Florida. Construction has begun on the new Chili's which will be part of the future Coral Reef Commons mixed-use development on Coral Reef Drive / SW 152 Street. Frontier Building Corporation based in Miami is the general contractor.

The location of the future Chili's at Coral Reef Commons will be right next to Panera Bread. This will be the second Chili's Grill & Bar in Miami.

Chili's offers Tex-Mex cuisine in a casual setting. Chili's was Founded by Larry Lavine in 1975 in Dallas, Brinker International is the parent organization of Chili's. There are over 1,600 international locations, with well over 100 locations in Florida. In Florida, Chili's restaurants are established by Brinker Florida, Inc. The key executives of Brinker Florida, Inc. are Daniel Fuller and Christopher Green of Brinker International.
