Update: Guillermo Perales has decided to have a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen contstructed at this location instead of Burger King. The original content has been updated to reflect the change of plans. Guillermo Perales is a large-scale franchise owner of fast-food restaurant chains, with his main focus being on Burger King, Popeyes, Golden Corral, Cicis, Arby's, and Krispy Kreme.

This Popeyes location is expected to open relatively soon. The official address will be 3397 S Orange Blossom Trail near the Pleasant Hill Commons Shopping Center, and across from CVS, Advance Auto Parts, and Five Star Pizza.

Dancor Construction based in Irvine, California is in charge of the project.
