New Bonefish Grill Restaurant Under Construction in Daytona Beach, Florida

Quality seafood lovers of the Space Coast can rejoice - a new Bonefish Grill restaurant is under construction at Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, Florida. ResCon Group based in Ormond Beach is in charge of the project. Volusia Mall is located at 1700 W International Speedway Blvd. The address for Bonefish Grill will be 1702 W International Speedway.

Volusia Mall is across from the Daytona International Speedway. Some of the main tenants at Volusia Mall are Dillard's. JC Penny, Sears, Macy's, and Books -A- Million.

Bonefish Grill was founded by Tim Curci and Chris Parker in 2000, in St. Petersburg, Florida. The are now over 200 Bonefish Grills in the U.S. The casual dining chain is headquartered in Tampa. Bonefish Grill and is owned and operated by Bloomin' Brands.
