Atlanta-based Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers restaurant is opening soon in Estero, Florida. The announcement has been posted on the Mellow Mushroom website. Link: https://mellowmushroom.com/location/fl-estero-10950-eagle-village-drive-33913/. The address will be 10950 Eagle Village Drive, which is located in University Village Shops.

The current list of food & beverage tenants at University Village Shops includes: Skillets, Thai Udon Cafe, Tacos & Tequila Cantina, Smoothie King, and The Shaved Ice Bar. Along with Mellow Mushroom, coming soon to University Village Shops are: KC American Bistro, Poke Fusion, and Frutta Bowls.

The owner of this Mellow Mushroom franchise is Lirich, Inc, formed by Richard & Lisa Bella.
Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers restaurant was founded by Rocky Reeves, Mike Nicholson, and Marc Weinstein. The first Mellow Mushroom restaurant opened in 1974 in Atlanta, Georgia. There are now over 150 locations throughout the US. Mellow Mushroom is headquartered in Atlanta.
