A Dairy Queen Grill and Chill is planned for the Hays Road Town Center in Hudson, Florida. The Hays Road Town Center on 14851 FL-52 at Hays Rd. is anchored by Publix and is also home to a new Waffle House. DQ Grill and Chill will probably be constructed next to the Waffle House. MBH Brands Inc. owned by Carlos Saez is the franchisee who plans to operate the DQ Grill and Chill at that location, and this would be his second DQ Grill and Chill with his first being in Lutz that opened in 2017.
