Burger King Replacing Bank of America Location in Sebastian, Florida

A Burger King restaurant will be replacing a Bank of America Location in Sebastian, Florida on US Highway 1. The Bank of America buidling at 13555 Highway 1 was demolished in July to make room for the new Burger King.

Michael A Romack Building Contractors is in charge of the Burger King construction project. Public records show that the property is owned by Seven Real Estate Holdings LLC, a Burger King franchising entity, who purchased it from Bank of America in November 2017 for $800,000.

Burger King was founded in Jacksonville, Florida in 1953 by David Edgerton and James McLamore. The headquarters moved to Miami, Florida in 1954, where it remains today.
